Services
Codenies provides website, e-commerce, SaaS MVP, web application, redesign, optimization, and technical support services.
Project Agreements
Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, payment schedules, ownership, and support terms are defined in the relevant proposal, contract, or written project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to required systems, and permission to use supplied content or assets.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables and reusable foundations is handled by the project agreement. Existing client materials remain the client’s property.
Limitations
The website is provided for general information. Codenies does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes unless those terms are explicitly agreed in writing.
